The monthly price for the subscription is based on the numer of contacts in Ungapped as well as the number of sent e-mails per month.

For accounts over 1M contacts the monthly price increases with 200 EUR/USD for Pro/Enterprise and 300 EUR/USD for MA per 50 000 contacts and/or 200 000 e-mails/month.
You can add multiple sub-accounts to your subsciption. Sub-accounts are completely separate from the main account but you can invite users between accounts.
The price per sub-account is $50/month, the price is added to the subscription invoice.
The number of contacts and sent e-mails in each sub-account is counted into the total and affects the subscription price according to the pricelist above.
Professional Services are charged per initiated hour with the exception for support which is charged per initiated 15-minute period.

The number of users on your accounts is unlimited. Support by phone, e-mail and chat is limited to the number specified in your contract.
By default each subscription allows three (3) users to get free user-support by our customer service. For every additional sub-account another user may contact the customer support free of charge.

An SMS (text message) is sent as one or more linked SMS-segments. One SMS-segment may contain between 67 and 160 characters depending on which characters are used and also if multiple segments are needed. The recipient will perceive the linked segments as one continuous message in their phone.
The table below lists the price per SMS-segment in euro-cent. It will be converted to your currency with the exchange rate in effect at the time of sending the SMS. In the Ungapped interface you will get a calculated price at the time of scheduling which might change at the time of sending based on the number of contacts in the recipient lists, the number of characters, the characters used in the SMS etc.
