Ungapped streamlines the work with Myrorna’s newsletter

By Therese Tullgren | therese.tullgren@ungapped.com

The ants have been customers for about 4 months and are excited about the future with Ungapped. They use the tool to send out their newsletters filled with inspiration for a sustainable lifestyle.

The largest part of Myrorna’s marketing takes place digitally. This applies to everything from newsletters to their customers, the website, and not least social channels. Their mission is to inspire more people to shop sustainably, to buy clothes and gadgets second hand and to hand in what they no longer useful to them, so they make sure it can be loved again.

– We are the ones who together make all the marketing material for both stores and online. Everything from store signs and entire store concepts, content to our digital channels and advertising to creating our advertising campaigns.

Wide roles and many hats that make every day unique, fun, and developing!

Their digital channels are a successful way, they notice, through collaborations and engaging content they reach many people and it shows in their stores.

– We write about interior design, fashion, tips, and new, interesting collaborations. We also share selected gems from our webshop. Always 100% fun and always 100% sustainable!

– The best thing is that Ungapped is so easy to work with and simple! A good overview with a neat interface means that we have really streamlined the work with our newsletters. The icing on the cake is that the team at Ungapped is so helpful when we need support and come up with concrete suggestions for improvements and smart hacks.

Currently, they only send newsletters, but will definitely invite to exciting events and also send out customer surveys in the future.

They haven’t had time to launch any major campaign yet but are looking forward to launching the autumn campaign in September 2022!

Myrorna is Sweden’s oldest chain of stores when it comes to collecting clothing and furnishings that can be reused. With stores all over the country, they work daily for a more sustainable and humane world.
