To create a PDF of your email, you will need to have a PDF software program installed on your computer. Some good free programs are:

  1. Send an email to yourself (either a test email or “real email” – it does not matter)
  2. Open the email in your inbox
  3. Click on the email’s web version link
  4. Follow the normal process to print the page
  5. Change the printer from your default printer to “CutePDF Writer” (or whichever PDF software you downloaded)
  6. Save the pdf to your computer
  7. Click print (if you want a hardcopy).

PLEASE NOTE! By default, your email will not print with background images or background colors.
