Tag an image

To make it easier to find pictures and organize in the image bank, use tags. An image can be tagged with one or more tags.


Tag one image

  1. Open a mailing in edit mode and click on an image block. Click on the image or replace in the menu on the right to open the image bank page.
  2. Select the image by click the check box in the image.
    (Hover over image to see check box).
  3. Enter the name of the new tag in Choose tags here, or select the tag from the list.
    Repeat and add more tags if needed.
    Create a new tag by typing tag names and ending with Enter.
  4. Save = Click Uncheck all at the top of the page or click the check box on the image.

The image is now saved in your image bank with a tag name and you can now search or filter by the name in the image bank. Click Cancel to close the image bank.

Delete a tag from an image

  1. Select the image whose tag you want to delete by click the small check box.
  2. Click on the small cross in the gray tag.
  3. Save = Select Uncheck all or click the check box on the image.

 

Tag multiple images

  1. Open a mailing in edit mode and click on an image block. Click on image or replace in menu on the right to open the image archive
  2. Select all the images to be tagged by click the check box in the images.
    (Place arrow cursor over image to see check box).
  3. Enter the name of the tag in Choose tags here, or select from the list.
    Create a new tag by typing the name of the new tag and ending with Enter.
  4. Now tag all images by pressing + (plus) or – (minus) to delete.
  5. Save = Click Uncheck all at the top of the page or click the check box on all images.

Images are now saved in your image bank with one or more tags and you can now search or filter by name in your image bank. Click Cancel to close the image bank.

Delete tag on multiple images at once

  1. Select the images to be changed whose tag / s are to be removed by click the check box in the image.
  2. Enter the name of the tag in the box Choose tags here at the top of the page, or select from the list that appears when you click in the box.
  3. Click – (minus) and now tag removed from selected images.
  4. Save = Click Uncheck all at the top of the page.
