I cannot send a test email
If you cannot send test emails it’s probably because the sender name and/or reply address has not been filled out or your subject line is empty.
- Open the draft email
- Go to Settings by clicking the cog icon under the preview and save icons
- Check that your sender name and reply address is filled out
- Check that your subject line is filled out
- Save and try to send the test email again
