I cannot send a test email

If you cannot send test emails it’s probably because the sender name and/or reply address has not been filled out or your subject line is empty.

  1. Open the draft email
  2. Go to Settings by clicking the cog icon under the preview and save icons
  3. Check that your sender name and reply address is filled out
  4. Check that your subject line is filled out
  5. Save and try to send the test email again
