Validate new sender address


The sender address must first be validated before you can send any emails. This means you must prove that the email address exists and that you have access to it.

  1. Open the email.
  2. Click the Send-button at the bottom right, then click the “Validate sender address” in the error message.
    Now an email will be sent to the new sender address.
  3. Open this email in your inbox and click the confirmation link.
    After this is done the sender address is validated and you can send your mailing.

You must validate your sender address before you send.

Some good advice

Avoid using a gmail-, hotmail-, yahoo-, aol-address etc as the sender address, since it will increase the risk of your email getting stuck in spam filters.
