Guestlist: Change the status of a participant


Click the icon at the far right of the film above to open the film in full screen mode.
 

  1. Go to Guestlist in the left column
  2. Click on the color dot before the participant’s name. Select which status you want to change to.

If you change a participant’s status to “Canceled”, the “Too bad you can’t make it”-email is automatically mailed to the participant.

If you change a participant’s status to “Declined”, the participant will NOT receive an mail or notification.

If the participant has the status “Waitlist” and you change the status to “Accepted”, the “Your booking is confirmed”-email will be automatically mailed to the participant.
