Copy survey or a survey template to another account

You can choose to paste the entire survey, just the questions, or just the design.
ATTENTION! In order to copy a survey/survey template to another account, you must have access to both accounts.
- Open the survey or the survey template that you want to copy to another Ungapped account.
(Open the survey in edit mode.) - Open Settings in the right column and go there to the Advanced tab.
- Click the Copy button under “Copy & Paste”
- Now log in to the account where you want to copy the survey/survey template.
- Create a new survey (start from any survey template, a new blank or a previous one. It doesn’t matter. )
- Open Settings in the right column and go there to the Advanced tab
- Click the Paste button under “Copy & Paste”
- Select what settings to paste.
Title, Description, Questions and Content, Design, Dimensions, Translations. If you want to copy all settings, select copy all. - SAVE.
