Evaluation

At the moment, the evaluation feature is NOT yet part of the event tool. (It’s coming.)
This means you now have to send evaluations manually.

1. Open the event
2. Go to Guestlist in the left column
3. Filer by Attended
4. Export those who attended the event to a New list
5. Give the contact list a good and logical name, for example “Evaluation “Name of event”- “Date of event”
6. Click on the red Create up at the top and create the evaluation
7. Publish the evaluation
8. Test the evaluation. Then delete your test responses.
9. Click on the red Create up at the top and create the invitation email linking to the evaluation
   OR
   if you want to invite to the evaluation via sms: create the invitation sms
10. EMAIL: insert link to the survey
    SMS: insert link to the survey
11. Connect your email or sms with the contact list and send out.
