Embed a survey on your WordPress website with a plugin

Click the icon at the bottom right corner of the film to open it in full screen mode.
- Create and publish your Ungapped-survey
- Log in to your WordPress web site
- Go to Plugins in the left column, Add new and search for “Ungapped widgets”
- Download the plugin and activate it
- Add the following shortcode to your web:
[ungapped-form surveyid="00000000-000000000-0000-000000000000"]
NOTE! “00000000-000000000-0000-000000000000” must be replaced by your survey’s survey-id. - Save.
If you have questions that have value parameters from the query string you can override those by adding the prefillvalues property formatted as JSON. E.g. if your question has the value parameter “school” then you can prefill that question with:
[ungapped-form surveyid=”00000000-000000000-0000-000000000000” prefillvalues=”{ school: ‘Some school’}”]
