To create a PDF of your email, you will need to have a PDF software program installed on your computer. Some good free programs are:

- Send an email to yourself (either a test email or “real email” – it does not matter)
- Open the email in your inbox
- Click on the email’s web version link
- Follow the normal process to print the page
- Change the printer from your default printer to “CutePDF Writer” (or whichever PDF software you downloaded)
- Save the pdf to your computer
- Click print (if you want a hardcopy).
PLEASE NOTE! By default, your email will not print with background images or background colors.
