- Log into Ungapped with your current password
- Click on your account name in the top right drop-down menu
- Select your name under “User”
- Enter your Existing password
- Enter your new password in the field New password.
Your new password must contain a minimum of 8 characters, and at least 1 uppercase letter and 1 lower case letter. - Confirm your password in the field Confirm new password
- Click Change password.
