Search for a contact

Before you can edit a contact on your account (for example change the email address, add more info about the contact, reset a bounce or manually block a contact) you first need to find the contact.
You can open a specific contact list and search for the contact there, but it’s easier to search for the contact among all contacts.
- Click on Contacts up in the black list
- Click on the Contacts-tab
- You find the search bar up to the right.
See all blocked contacts in your account or in a list
Click the small funnel icon to the right of the search box and drag the “Unsubscribed e-mail”-slider to the center.
See all bounced contacts in your account or in a list
Click the small funnel icon to the right of the search box and drag the “Bounced e-mail”-slider to the center.
