Group survey responses

With this feature you can get more detailed survey statistics.

For example, if you ask these three questions:

1. How satisfied are you with our product?
2. In which continent do you live?
3. How old are you?

it would be interesting to see the answer to the question “How satisfied are you with our product?” broken down by age group or continent, rather than just seeing an average for the whole world and all age groups.

This is how to do it:

• Open the survey statistics
• Scroll down to the question you want to group by
• Choose what you want to group by.

NOTE! It is only on the rating questions and NPS questions that it is possible to group the answers.
