Changing the sender name for individual mailing

A sender’s name shows who is the sender of an email. And you can change the sender name for an individual mailings if you want. The default is otherwise the information in the account settings displayed.
Follow these steps to change the from sender name of a specific mailing under settings.
Changing the sender name for individual mailing
- Open the draft of the mailing in edit mode.
- Click on settings in the right menu.
- Change the name under Sender and From name.
- Save.
Now the from name has been changed for this individual mailing.
Note! Sender – From name should not be confused with Sender – From address.
Sender from address is the formal sender of the email and cannot be changed for an individual mailing. From address need to fulfill a number of important criteria. To change this address you can find information and instructions to set the SPF record/DKIM for that here and contact Ungapped for changes.
