In order to integrate with Ungapped using Zapier we have provided the most common actions documented below.

In order to authenticate your Zap in Ungapped you need a valid API-key.
To create an API-key follow these steps:
When you create a new Ungapped connection in Zapier just paste the API key in the Access Token field.
To create a new contact (or update an existing contact using that e-mailadress). Choose a value for email and any other fields you might wish to copy to Ungapped.
When created or updated this action will return the full contact info from Ungapped (including the other populated fields as well as the ContactId).
To create a new list enter the name of the list.
When created this action will return the full list info from Ungapped (including the ListId).
To send a transactional email to a contact enter an IssueId (copy it from Ungapped) and provide an email from earlier steps.
When called this action will return the recipientstatus Ungapped (including RecipientId and status).
Will search for a list by its name. If “Create if not found is checked” it will call Create New.
When created this action will return the full list info from Ungapped (including the ListId).
