Allow subscribers to opt-out

There are three sender-options for text messages, depending on the sender-option chosen you will need to follow the instructions below so the opt-out function can work properly.
The cost for the unsubscribe-sms is paid by the sms-receiver.
- Sender = Ungapped number
Choose your country code (if none of the country-options apply to you, just choose one of those countries anyway), and make sure the automatically created opt-out-text is added to the message. - Sender = Name
If you choose Name as the sender you must manually add an Ungapped number to the opt-out text:- First enable the Ungapped number-option, choose your country (if none of the country-options apply to you, just choose one of those countries anyway) and then copy the Ungapped number at the top on the right-hand side.
- Add the Ungapped number to the opt-out text (from i.e. “To unsubscribe reply x OUT” to “To unsubscribe reply x OUT to +447860041397”.
- Enable the Name-option instead of “Ungapped number”, and write your sender name.

- Sender = Custom number
If you choose Custom number as the sender you can either manually add an Ungapped number to the opt-out text:- First enable the Ungapped number-option, choose your country (if none of the country-options apply to you, just choose one of those countries anyway) and then copy the Ungapped number.
- Add the Ungapped number to the opt-out text (from i.e. “To unsubscribe reply x OUT” to “To unsubscribe reply x OUT to +447860041397”.
- Enable the Custom number-option instead of “Ungapped number”, and write your custom number.
OR
Receive the opt-out-messages to your custom number and then manually block the unsubscribed contacts on your Ungapped account (then you should not modify the opt-out text).
