Hide Ungapped’s free templates

You who have a BASIC-subscription cannot hide Ungapped’s free templates.
NOTA BENE! The film has sound.
Click the icon at the bottom right to open the movie in full screen mode.
This is a perfect feature when you want to prevent your colleagues from choosing templates other than the company’s branded templates.
You hide Ungapped’s free email and survey templates in the account settings.
- Click on your own name at the bottom of the black left margin
- Click on the account name
- Go to Settings under Account
- Choose what to hide (email templates and/or survey templates)
- Save.
