Working with text

Great copy that’s easy to understand and take action upon is central to the success of your mailings and surveys. Along with good use of images it can make your efforts go from zero to hero. Here’s some basic pointers on using text features in Ungapped.

Using bold

  1. Highlight the text you want bold
  2. In the editor, select Bold (B icon)

Using italics 

  1. Highlight the text you want italicize
  2. In the editor, select Italic (I icon)

Using bulleted or numbered list

  1. Highlight the text you want to bullet point or list
  2. In the editor, select the bullet point icon or numbered list icon (next to the B and I icons)

Adjust the orientation of text

  1. Highlight the text you want to adjust
  2. In the editor, click the design tab
  3. Under the drop-down menu “Text alignment”, select your new orientation
